CEC recognized Bohdan Morklyanyk and Victoria Ryeznikova as elected people's deputies instead of Maslov and Bezgin, who prematurely terminated their powers.

The Central Election Commission recognized Bohdan Morklyanyk and Victoria Rieznikova as elected People's Deputies of Ukraine, UNN reports, citing the CEC.

Details

Documents certifying the early termination of the powers of People's Deputies of Ukraine Denys Maslov and Vitaliy Bezgin due to personal statements were received by the Central Election Commission from the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Denys Maslov and Vitaliy Bezgin were elected in the early elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine on July 21, 2019, in the nationwide multi-mandate electoral district from the political party "Servant of the People."

The CEC reviewed the said documents and recognized Bohdan Morklyanyk and Victoria Rieznikova, the next candidates in order included in the electoral list of the political party "Servant of the People" under No. 163 and No. 165, respectively, as elected People's Deputies of Ukraine in the specified elections

To be registered as People's Deputies of Ukraine, Bohdan Morklyanyk and Victoria Rieznikova must submit to the Commission the documents specified by electoral legislation no later than the twentieth day from the day of the official publication of the CEC decision. In turn, the CEC adopts the relevant decision no later than the fifth day from the day of their receipt.
