NABU detectives detained former Minister of Energy Herman Halushchenko while he was crossing the state border. The detention took place within the framework of the "Midas" case; initial investigative actions are ongoing.
SAPO and NABU announced suspicion against Halushchenko in the "Midas" case.
The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the preventive measure for the former Minister of Energy in the form of custody for two months with an alternative of bail of 200 million hryvnias.
Subsequently, the HACC reduced the bail amount for Herman Halushchenko from 200 million hryvnias to 150 million hryvnias.
