Due to the complication of weather conditions, a large number of vehicles and the operation of special equipment on the section of the public road of state importance M-14 Odesa — Melitopol — Novoazovsk, (from Mykolaiv to Odesa), traffic on the section of the road is significantly complicated
"A strong recommendation is to refrain from traveling on this section of the road without urgent need," the official added.
