According to Filashkin, in Znamianivka of the Oleksandrivka community, Russians hit a civilian car — 2 people were killed, another 4 were wounded. Another 3 people were wounded in Druzhkivka. Currently, 3 damaged private houses are known.

The Russians again struck those who were going about their business and were in their own homes. They deliberately turn ordinary life into a target, hunt civilians, and leave death and ruins behind.
