ASTRA reports that it has verified the footage. "Presumably, this is a Ukrainian-made FP-5 'Flamingo' cruise missile," the ASTRA report states.
An OSINT analyst under the handle OSINTtechnical on X also released "video of a Ukrainian 'Flamingo' heavy cruise missile slamming into the Russian 'VNIIR-Progress' military electronics plant last night." He also pointed to a "teaser from Fire Point," reposting a message from the co-founder and chief designer of the Fire Point defense company, Denys Shtilerman, who also published another post responding to the OSINT analyst's assumption about the "Flamingo" strike.
As noted, the "VNIIR-Progress" defense enterprise in Cheboksary was attacked again in the morning.
