At the Chornomorets Stadium in Odesa, which was damaged as a result of enemy shelling, a significant part of the restoration work has already been completed. This was reported by the stadium's press service, according to UNN.

It is reported that some of the glass still needs to be replaced and windows installed.
The press service also reported that a female employee was injured by fragments of glass during the attack. She received medical assistance at the hospital, and as of now the woman is feeling well. Fortunately, the other employees and stadium residents were in a safe shelter, and they are also all right.

On Friday, August 7, the Russian army attacked Odesa, as a result of which the Chornomorets football stadium was damaged.
As a result of the attack, the roof, glazing, and stands were damaged.
The stadium's press service reported that it was assessing the extent of the damage and determining the scope of work required for restoration.
The next match at Chornomorets Stadium is scheduled for Sunday, August 30. As part of the fourth round, Chornomorets will host Kryvbas of Kryvyi Rih. The UPL second-round match between Chornomorets and Kolos, which was supposed to take place at the stadium, was postponed by the UPL Directorate.
It should be noted that the stadium is the home ground of Odesa's Chornomorets, as well as the women's team of FC Sisters.
Until 2020, the stadium belonged to the bankrupt Imexbank, and that same year the Deposit Guarantee Fund sold the stadium to the American company Allrise Capital for UAH 193.8 million; the company also owns FC Sisters.
