According to police, there was a shooting at Viertola School in Vantaa this morning. Police were dispatched to the call at around 9:08 local time.
As stated, all participants in the shooting were minors.
"According to current police information, there are three victims. All participants are 12 years old," the police said.

At 11:32 a.m., police detained the suspect in northern Helsinki. "The attacker was carrying a firearm, the suspect and the weapon are in police custody," the police said.
