Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, in the Sumy region, the settlements of Ryzhivka, Korenok, Ulanove, Neskuchne, Sopych, Rohizne, Budky, Rozhkovychi, and Vyntorivka were affected; in the Chernihiv region – Senkivka, Zaliznyi Mist, and Klyusy.
In the Pivnichno-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the adversary carried out 27 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops.
In the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction, the invaders attempted to break through the defenses three times in the areas of Starytsya and Odradne, and toward Kolodyazne.
In the Kupyansk, Kramatorsk, and Oleksandrivsk directions, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian warriors repelled ten attempts by the invaders to advance toward Drobysheve, Ozerne, and Lyman. Three combat engagements are currently ongoing.
In the Slovyansk direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped two attempts by the invaders to move forward toward the settlement of Rai-Oleksandrivka and in the area of Zakitne.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, our defenders repelled four attacks near the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Kostyantynivka, and Illinivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have attempted 21 times to push our warriors from their positions in the areas of Zatyshok, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, and Udachne, and toward the settlements of Novyi Donbas, Bilytske, Shevchenko, and Dorozhnye. Four combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Hulyaypole direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled six enemy attacks in the Rybne area and toward Vozdvyzhivka, Hulyaypilske, and Charivne. Three combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy assaulted the positions of our defenders once in the Stepnohirsk area.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, our defenders successfully stopped one offensive action toward the Antonivskyi Bridge.
In other directions, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No enemy attempts to advance have been recorded, the General Staff summarized.
