Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS that expert groups from Moscow and Washington, following the "consultations in Riyadh," do not plan to sign any documents.

The day before, in Saudi Arabia, US representatives met with the Ukrainian delegation. Details of the negotiations are unknown, but the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov called the meeting "constructive and meaningful."
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also described the March 23 meeting in Riyadh as constructive. The President of Ukraine emphasized that the agenda included proposals for the protection of Ukrainian energy facilities and critical infrastructure, and representatives of the Ministry of Energy participated in the meeting. Zelenskyy also reminded that "since March 11, there has been a proposal for an unconditional ceasefire".
