On July 31, 108 explosions were recorded in Sumy region by the Russian Federation. One person was wounded. The Khotyn, Yunakiv, Bilopil, Krasnopil, Novoslobid, Shalyhyne and Seredyno-Bud communities were shelled. This was reported by the Sumy RMA, UNN reports.

- Krasnopilska community: FPV drones attacked from the territory of the Russian Federation (4 explosions), grenade launchers (12 explosions), mortars (5 explosions), artillery (2 explosions), rocket launchers (4 explosions).
- Bilopilska community: there were attacks with artillery (18 explosions), mortars (4 explosions) and FPV drone strikes (2 explosions).
- Seredyna Budska community: an FPV drone attack was recorded (3 explosions).
- Yunukivska community: a drone attack (1 explosion) and an FPV drone attack (2 explosions) took place.
- Novoslobidska community: an FPV attack by drones was recorded (5 explosions). A local resident was injured as a result of the shelling. There were also mortar attacks (11 explosions).
- Shalyhyne community: the Russian military attacked with grenade launchers (25 explosions), mortars (2 explosions) and dropped explosive devices from a drone (2 explosions).
- Khotyn community: 6 mines were dropped by the Russian army on the territory of the community.
