Andriy Yermak's defense has appealed the court's decision on detention with bail. The former Head of the Office of the President is suspected of laundering 460 million hryvnias.

The defense of the former head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, who is suspected of laundering 460 million UAH through elite construction near Kyiv, has filed an appeal against the preventive measure ordered by the High Anti-Corruption Court — detention with an alternative bail of 140 million hryvnias. Lawyer Ihor Fomin informed UNN about this in a comment.

The High Anti-Corruption Court ordered a preventive measure for the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, in the form of detention with the possibility of bail in the amount of 140 million UAH. 

Bail was posted for the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak. The collection of funds began last Friday, May 15.

The former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, officially was released from the pre-trial detention center on May 18, where he had been held for nearly three days. Bail in the amount of 140 million hryvnias was posted for him.
