"Eyewitness testimony will demonstrate the facts of systematic torture and ill-treatment suffered by Ukrainians in Russian captivity, as well as the urgent need to ensure international access, stop the abuse, hold those responsible accountable, and return all those being unlawfully detained," the Foreign Minister emphasized.
