Operation Kudu military instructors from the Australian Defence Force and the Finnish Armed Forces are conducting leadership training courses for the Ukrainian Armed Forces as part of the UK-led multinational Operation INTERFLEX.
Three separate leadership courses are reported: the squad leader's battle, the platoon and company sergeant's battle, and the platoon leader's battle.
According to the commander of the Australian contingent in the UK, Major Michael Jack, Ukrainians teach their foreign colleagues tactics and techniques.

To date, Australia has provided approximately $780 million in material and financial assistance to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
