A Tu-22M3 was spotted in the Black Sea . The Air Force announced the threat of launching X-22 missiles, UNN reports.
"Tu-22M3 in the Black Sea. Threat of launching X-22 missiles. Stay in shelters," the Air Force said.
An air alert has been declared in a number of regions.
