Despite his promise, MP Mykola Tyshchenko did not appear at a court hearing in Dnipro today. This was announced by the prosecutor during the hearing, reports UNN.

Details

According to him, Tyshchenko asked the prosecutor not to apply any coercive measures to him.

"There are certain difficulties in the execution of the ruling. The accused Tyshchenko was informed of the ruling on Saturday in advance about the need to appear, but he neglected this right, although he promised that he would appear at the court hearing himself. He said that no coercive measures should be applied to him to ensure his appearance. However, he did not appear at the court hearing and did not inform the prosecution, in particular, the prosecutor, about the reasons for his absence from the court hearing," the prosecutor said.

On December 20, it was reported that a hearing in the case of MP Mykola Tyshchenko had begun in the Babushkinsky District Court of Dnipro.

At the meeting , it was notedthat on December 23, Tishchenko and former police officer Bohdan Pysarenko were obliged to appear in person at the Babushkinsky District Court of Dnipro. 

Tyshchenko and former police officer Pysarenko are accused of unlawfully imprisoning Dmytro Mazokha, a war veteran and former member of the Kraken special forces.

The case of Tyshchenko was brought to court in December.
