Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on April 29, the 35-year-old musician explained why he chose to move into an RV rather than an apartment when he arrived in Nashville to focus on his new band, Something Out West.
Hanks said he had recently furnished an apartment in Los Angeles and "didn't want to do that again."
He stated that the RV has "everything he needs" and he enjoys having his own space. "I have my own kitchen. I have a walk-in shower — that's a big deal in trailers," he noted.
