In Poland, the head of an industrial company insulted Ukrainians with obscenities, shouting insults and threats. The police initiated proceedings on the grounds of discrimination, and the company fired the offender.

The Polish police have initiated proceedings regarding threats and discrimination based on nationality following an incident at an enterprise where a manager verbally abused Ukrainian workers with obscene language and attempted to take away the phone of a person who was recording the event. This is reported by Rmf24, writes UNN.

The incident occurred on July 24 in a production facility near the town of Skawina, not far from Krakow. A video spread on social media showing a man in a hard hat and safety vest verbally abusing Ukrainians with obscene language, shouting, among other things: "Banderite," "To the front," and "Putin is waiting for you." After that, he tried to take away the phone of the person who was recording.

Spokesperson for the Lesser Poland Police, Katarzyna Cisło, reported that on Saturday, two Ukrainian workers approached the police station in Skawina and filed a complaint regarding threats directed at them.

According to her, after reviewing the video recording, law enforcement officers decided to investigate the case regarding possible discrimination based on nationality. The evidence collected in the case will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office.

The company "Grupa Stadnicki" (Grupa Stadnicki), where the incident occurred, reported that it took immediate measures and the man who threatened the Ukrainians "no longer represents the enterprise in any capacity."

The company expressed regret over the incident and stated that no emotions or professional disputes can justify physical aggression.

Our organization resolutely and unconditionally condemns all forms of aggression and violence. The company operates on the principle of absolute zero tolerance for any aggressive behavior regardless of its causes

- the company's statement reads.

It also emphasized that the man's behavior was his private and unauthorized action and does not reflect the standards by which the enterprise operates.
