Details
On December 17, during a visit to Kharkiv, Dmytro Lubinets commented on case of the 211th Brigade.
“The legal response from my side was already made public yesterday, including publicly. Urgent acts of response and legal documents were sent from me to the Military Law Enforcement Service, to the law enforcement sector, to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, where I demand an urgent transparent investigation and, if these facts are confirmed, criminal prosecution,” the official said.
Yesterday I personally watched the reaction of the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense. As I have learned, there have been appeals on this situation since September 2024, and we are now checking not only the fact that we have learned, but also the reaction to previous appeals. Here, I would like to express my gratitude to the MPs who exposed these facts during the activities of the PIC, which was established on the basis of the Ukrainian parliament.
