Ukraine's Ambassador to the United Kingdom Zaluzhnyi stated the need for new global security solutions due to the changing nature of war. He said this during the Lennart Meri Conference, which takes place annually in Tallinn and is one of the leading security conferences in Northern Europe, UNN reports.

According to Zaluzhnyi, during the conference, representatives from various countries raised important questions regarding future security policy in the face of growing global instability.
"Important questions were raised by representatives of various countries. But they are all about one thing—what security policy should look like in conditions where the world is plunging into an era of instability and new conflicts,"
Zaluzhnyi emphasized that the previous world order no longer works. In his opinion, the changes that have taken place on the front lines in Ukraine have significantly altered approaches to warfare.
"The large-scale changes that have occurred on the front in Ukraine have completely changed the paradigm of how war is waged. Modern warfare is already different, and therefore predicting its outcomes is simply impossible,"
He stressed that under current conditions, the world needs new global security solutions. Otherwise, according to him, existing conflicts could spread further.
Zaluzhnyi also thanked the organizers of the Lennart Meri Conference for their attention to topics that affect not only the fate of individual states but also the future of all humanity.
