The EU believes that the world order is rapidly transforming, and unpredictability is becoming the main feature of international relations. Russia remains the main threat to Europe. This was stated by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas during a press conference following the EU Foreign Affairs Council, UNN reports.
According to her, Russia remains a serious threat to Europe, China is a long-term challenge, and the Middle East is a region of constant instability. At the same time, a fundamental reorientation of transatlantic relations has become a new factor.
