The State Tax Service of Ukraine is actively working to reduce the number of blocked tax invoices and remove enterprises from the category of risky ones. To provide assistance to businesses, 29 consultation centers have been established throughout Ukraine.
This was announced by the Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko on Telegram, writes UNN.

According to the information, 29 consultation centers have been established in each region to provide maximum support to businesses in these issues. In them, entrepreneurs can get explanations on the criteria of riskiness, correctness of submitting documents and the mechanism of unblocking invoices.
As Kravchenko reports, there are already concrete results:
- no blocked invoices in the Western Interregional Department of the State Tax Service for working with large taxpayers;
- since the beginning of the year, the number of blocked invoices has halved. In January 2025, it was 0.76%, as of April – 0.37%;
- 11.4 thousand enterprises have been removed from the category of risky ones since the beginning of the year.
Currently, 16,000 enterprises remain in this category.
