"It's not Joe Biden's job to make that decision anymore. We have a newly elected president, and we're going to wait and take the new commander-in-chief's strategy on all of this. So, I don't expect any funding for Ukraine to be put forward right now," Johnson said.

He believes that Trump's election as US president is already changing the dynamics of Russia's war against Ukraine.

"We see this already happening," Johnson added.

Recall

The administration of U.S. President Joe Biden will ask Congress for additional funding to support Ukraine in the amount of $24 billion.
