Russia is trying to spread information about the alleged patenting of new drones, but this is just propaganda and exaggeration of achievements. They are now using various reconnaissance drones like the Shaked UAV to attack Ukraine.

Russia is spreading information about alleged attempts to make "Shakhty" controllable and patenting new attack drones, but so far it is just propaganda. This was announced by the Air Force spokesman Ilya Evlash during a telethon, a correspondent of UNN reports.

When asked whether the Russians are trying to make the "chess games" manageable, as he said in the Russian Federation, Yevlash replied:

Yes, we have also been monitoring this information. Moreover, the Russians are trying to spread information about the alleged patenting of new drones, jet drones, but this is only informational at the moment. We know how Russian propaganda likes to exaggerate its achievements

- said Yevlash.

According to him, the Russians  are currently using various types of reconnaissance drones, and the most common type of attack drones are the "Shahide" UAVs, which they use daily to attack Ukraine.

"So far, these are their main samples,  which they use for aerial reconnaissance and air attacks on our territory," Yevlash summarized.

Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, previously saidthat the Russians have begun to equip their Orlan-10 reconnaissance drones with foreign-made trackers designed to track the location of objects. This indicates that the enemy is trying to expand the functions of its reconnaissance drones.

"In Russian reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles of the Orlan-10 type, the experts of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise found trackers for tracking the location of objects. All recent samples of UAVs that have been submitted for examination have such elements. This indicates that the enemy uses drones not only for general information gathering, but also for systematic tracking of the points where "enemy birds" are shot down or land.

The trackers are equipped with main and autonomous power sources, so even after the main systems fail, before the loss of communication, the coordinates can be sent.

Like most components of the electronic component base in Russian weapons, trackers are dual-use goods and can be used for civilian and military purposes. Their components, chips and microcircuits, are not produced in Russia," Ruvin said.
