The tender for the reconstruction of Okhmatdyt will be held anew and on Prozorro. This was announced by Health Minister Viktor Lyashko during a briefing, according to a UNN correspondent .

According to Lyashko, the new tender will be held on Prozorro.
Lyashko noted that a new tender for the reconstruction of Okhmatdyt will be held within 7-16 days.
"No contract has been signed and has never been signed. Only certain companies were considered for approval. No one signed any documents either from Okhmatdyt, the Foundation or the Ministry of Health," Lyashko said.
The minister also said that yesterday he held consultations with the National Police, directly with the head.

There is a warning that this company does not have the appropriate amount of equipment on its balance sheet to allow it to work and do the work that is envisaged. That is why today, having consulted with the management of Okhmatdyt and the Foundation, it was decided that the charitable foundation will transfer the amount of money raised after July 8 to the Okhmatdyt's accounts directly to the treasury account
According to him, an audit and supervisory board will be set up to oversee the use of these funds.
"We want to create an audit and supervisory board based on the following criteria: 6 largest benefactors who have transferred the largest amount of money to these accounts, then one representative of the Ministry of Health, one representative of the Okhmatdyt administration. Then they together select representatives from anti-corruption organizations, construction organizations, and other organizations, so that the total number of supervisory board members does not exceed 15," said Lyashko.
He also said that UAH 1 billion 110 million had been raised to rebuild Okhmatdyt.
Yes, the funds have been received:
- UAH 312 million to the hospital's charity account;
- UAH 378 million to the account of the Okhmatdyt Charitable Foundation;
- UAH 320 million - through the UNITED24 platform;
- UAH 100 million allocated by the government from the reserve fund.

Bud-technology LLC was selected as the winner of the tender from the Charitable Foundation "Okhmatdet" for repair works of the hospital building damaged by a missile strike in July. This company was one of the most expensive restoration bids.
Lyashko reported that amid the scandal over the overpriced restoration of Okhmatdet, the Health Ministry has appealed to law enforcement agencies to conduct additional checks regarding the tender for the hospital's restoration.
