A new method of fighting corruption will be introduced in Ukraine. To this end, all tax officers will be equipped with body cameras during tax audits. This was reported by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy Danylo Hetmantsev in Telegram, UNN reports.
Details
According to Hetmantsev, in addition to cameras, tax officers will be given tablets and portable printers.
This will make it impossible for the tax authorities to abuse the system, as well as attempts to "cut corners" by unscrupulous taxpayers. Also, the record will remove any disputes regarding the quality of audits
The head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy expressed hope that this would be an effective anti-corruption measure.
Recall
Danylo Hetmantsev confirmed the failure of the State Tax Service of Ukraine by raising taxes. Now they are trying to compensate for the budget shortfall at the expense of Ukrainians.
