National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan did not rule out that the White House would change the restrictions on Ukraine's strikes with American weapons deep into Russian territory. He noted that the position remains unchanged for now. Sullivan said this at the Aspen Security Forum, reports UNN.

Context
In May, the United States limitedly authorized Ukraine to launch strikes with American weapons on the territory of the Russian Federation. It was officially stated that Kyiv was allowed to strike at the territory from which the offensive was being conducted. According to the Associated Press, American weapons are only allowed to be used for strikes 20 kilometers from the border in Kharkiv region. Sources also reported that Ukraine is prohibited from using long-range ATACMS missiles for attacks.
