Denys Berestov, Deputy Director of the Department of Digital Development and Transformation Ministry of Veterans described the procedure for eliminating the status "clarify data" and "document not found" in the veteran's certificate in Diia and the reasons for their occurrence. Berestov told about the work in such cases during a live broadcast organized by the Ministry of Veterans, UNN reports.
The source of information in the registry is departmental commissions established in the Security and Defense Forces and relevant commissions in social protection bodies. The status of "clarify data" most often occurs when data on the acquired status has been transferred, but the data on the issued certificates has not been transferred
He reminded that the certificates are issued in accordance with 2 government resolutions - Resolution 302 and Resolution 413.
"To solve this problem, you need to contact the Single Veteran Line, where operators will help you in accordance with the specified field on the left page of the ID card, provide information about the authority to which you can apply," adds Berestov.
You can also send an electronic appeal on the website of the Ministry of Veterans.
The status "document not found" appears if the data on the acquisition of the relevant war veteran status has not been transferred to the Ministry of Veterans and the special register. "In this case, we advise you to contact the Ministry of Veterans by e-mail or, if you have a certificate, contact the authority that granted the status," Berestov says.
