"Today's bombing of the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense troops of the Russian armed forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirilov, is a special operation of the SBU," the source told UNN.
According to the source of UNN, a scooter with explosives was detonated when Kirillov and his assistant entered the entrance of a house on Ryazansky Prospekt in Moscow, both of them two hundred years old.
"Kirillov was a war criminal and an absolutely legitimate target, as he ordered the use of banned chemical weapons against the Ukrainian military. Such an ignominious end awaits all those who kill Ukrainians. Retribution for war crimes is inevitable," said an informed source in the SBU.
