Middle-strike units of the Special Operations Forces struck the 'Semykolodezyanskaya' oil depot and an oil terminal in occupied Crimea on the night of June 7, UNN reports, citing the Special Operations Forces.
Details
As noted by the Special Operations Forces, the 'Semykolodezyanskaya' oil depot in the village of Yedy-Kuyu, which the occupiers call Lenine, is located approximately 200 kilometers from the line of contact. The occupation forces use it as a transshipment point for storing and transporting fuel oil, diesel fuel, bitumen, etc.
This oil depot contains nine reservoirs with capacities ranging from 700 to 3,000 cubic meters. Tankers are loaded there and transported across Crimea and other occupied territories of Ukraine for the needs of enemy troops.
Ukrainian drones struck a marine oil terminal in Feodosia, 250 km from the line of contact. The facility houses seven fuel reservoirs with capacities of 10,000 and 20,000 cubic meters
The terminal is a multifunctional complex for the transshipment of oil and petroleum products from railway tank cars to sea vessels. The occupiers use this complex to provide occupied Crimea with fuel in case of emergency situations on the peninsula.
Striking the enemy's oil refining infrastructure reduces its economic and logistical capabilities. The SOF continue asymmetric actions for the strategic exhaustion of the enemy's ability to wage war against Ukraine
