At night and in the morning, Russian troops fired 18 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region, and 41 explosions were recorded. Sumy, Khotyn, Yunakiv, Bilopil, Krasnopil, Hlukhiv and Esman communities were shelled.
In Khotyn community, air strikes were carried out with the use of CABs, which resulted in three explosions.
One explosion was recorded in Bilopilska community as a result of an FPV drone strike.
In the Krasnopilska community, there was a UAV drop of explosives (2 explosions), tank shelling (2 explosions) and artillery shelling (12 explosions).
In the Esman community, KAB air strikes (6 explosions) and mortar shelling (3 explosions) were recorded.
A UAV air strike (1 explosion) and a missile strike (1 explosion) were carried out in Sumy community. One civilian was injured as a result of the missile strike and received medical assistance. Other consequences of the missile strike are being clarified, and the relevant services are working at the scene.
In the Hlukhiv community, KAB air strikes were recorded, which led to 8 explosions.
In Yunakivska community, there was a CAB air strike that caused 2 explosions.

As a result of the morning air strike on Sumy , 10 civilian cars caught fire in a parking lot near residential buildings. The blast wave smashed windows and damaged the facades of the buildings, and rescuers extinguished the fire.
