According to the reports, three women aged 59, 47 and 51, as well as a 50-year-old man were injured. They sustained explosive injuries, but medical care was provided on the spot, and the victims refused hospitalization.
The shelling damaged residential buildings, educational institutions and private businesses. Law enforcement officers, investigators, forensic experts and explosives experts are working at the scene to record the consequences of the crime.
The police have already opened criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war.
