Reportedly, the searches were conducted by officers of the Pechersk Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv and the Security Service of Ukraine.

As a result of the actions of law enforcement officers, the company's employees, on whom the operation of critical facilities in the capital depends, were blocked in the buildings and cannot fully perform their direct work," KCSA said in a statement.
KCSA also reminded that Kyivteploenergo provides the capital with heat and electricity. Today, the company's team includes more than 9,000 employees who ensure the daily operation of a powerful heat and power complex. This includes two powerful thermal power plants, almost 200 boiler houses, more than 2.7 thousand kilometers of heating networks and the Energia waste incineration plant.
"Constant searches, especially with procedural violations, pose a threat of disruption of technological processes of electricity and heat generation. Interference in the management of critical facilities in the capital and blocking the work of personnel can lead to disruption of the operation of Kyiv's heat and power infrastructure and affect the process of providing services to Kyiv residents," KCSA said in a statement.
