The situation on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border remains stable and under full control, but tensions are rising again due to the activation of Belarus, which is "playing along" with Russia's interests. This was stated by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN.
"The situation directly on the border is unchanged, it is fully controlled. But of course, we see that Belarus is once again starting to escalate the situation in order to continue to "play along" with Russia. We see accusations against Ukraine - Lukashenka has done this many times before. At the moment, we do not record any movement of equipment or personnel near our border," said Andriy Demchenko, spokesman for the State Border Guard Service.

According to him, as part of the information influence, Belarus will take photos and videos, possibly even some of them will be on the border with Ukraine.
"Our intelligence actively monitors what is happening on the territory of Belarus so that Ukraine can respond in a timely manner to all the challenges we face, including in this area. For us, the border with Belarus has never been secondary, it has also been a priority for us in terms of defense, in terms of fortifications along the state border and fortifications in the border area, because we remember February 24," Demchenko added.
