On April 14, 2026, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Dnipro. As a result of the shelling, four people were killed and 15 more were injured. The dead and wounded are civilians who were driving their own cars on the highway.
According to the prosecutor's office, "a civilian infrastructure object and citizens' cars were damaged."
"All services are working on site, the number of victims is being clarified," the report says.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated on the fact of a war crime (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
