In the Russian city of Novoshakhtynsk, Rostov Oblast, near the border with the occupied part of Luhansk Oblast, a KamAZ military truck with the letter V on the side rammed a civilian car. The car was occupied by a large family. The accident killed a six-year-old boy and his mother. Three other passengers, including two children, were hospitalized in serious condition. Earlier, a civilian car was run over by a Russian tank in the village of Berezovka, Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. A 73-year-old local resident, Konstantin Lopatin, who was driving, was killed. Eyewitnesses reported that the Niva car was driving according to all the rules, and the tank crew “was in an inadequate condition”. Local media noted that this was not the first such incident.
