Propagandists of the terrorist country are spreading a fake about the purchase of luxury apartments by Azov commanders for Ukrainians' money. This is reported by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security SPRAVDI, UNN reports.
Details
russian media are now spreading yet another false narrative, claiming that Azov brigade commanders have allegedly purchased luxury apartments in a prestigious Kyiv residential complex with money raised as donations from Ukrainians.
This information is untrue and is yet another attempt to discredit the Ukrainian military. Azov has long been a target of russian propaganda, which regularly spreads fabrications aimed at undermining the unit's credibility.
The fake information is based on the statements of former MP Ihor Mosiychuk, who has been repeatedly used as a tool of the russian information campaign. Such messages are part of the kremlin's large-scale propaganda strategy aimed at demoralizing Ukrainians and discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Such statements once again confirm that russian propagandists do not stop manipulating to sow division in society and tarnish the reputation of Ukrainian defenders.
