Russian army strikes at Kharkiv: what is known about the consequences of the attack

Kharkiv has come under an enemy attack, with hits in the Kyiv district of the city. So far, three people have been reported injured, UNN reports, citing RMA head Oleh Syniehubov and Mayor Igor Terekhov.
