In Russia, a sentence was handed down to two Ukrainian servicemen who defended Mariupol – they were sentenced to 18 years of imprisonment. This was reported by the Mariupol City Council, writes UNN.

According to the city council, the decision was made by the Southern District Military Court of the RF. This concerns 25-year-old gunner Vitaliy Slobodenyuk and 24-year-old driver Bohdan Holovanov, who served in the "Azov" regiment.
The occupation court accused them of participating in a "terrorist organization" and "training terrorism".
The sentence for another POW has been increased
A court in Russia also reviewed the sentence of another Ukrainian serviceman from "Azov" – 30-year-old Ruslan Kolodyazhny. His term of imprisonment was increased to 29 years in a penal colony.
