Russia launched 219 drones at Ukraine - 190 of them were shot down

The occupiers launched 219 drones from Crimea and the territory of the Russian Federation. Defense forces destroyed 190 UAVs, and hits were recorded at 17 locations in various regions of the country.

On the night of April 18, Russians attacked Ukraine with 219 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types of attack UAVs. About 150 of the launched UAVs were "Shaheds," UNN reports, citing the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy attacked from the Russian cities of Shatalovo, Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, as well as from occupied Crimea.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. 190 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types of drones were shot down/suppressed in the north, south, and east of the country.

28 attack UAVs were recorded hitting 17 locations, and downed (debris) UAVs fell in 9 locations.
