The CNS emphasizes that Moscow is actively working to enslave the conquered peoples and destroy their self-identity. Therefore, from the very beginning of the occupation, russians seized libraries and took and burned Ukrainian books.

Now the occupiers finally want to create a legal basis for their Nazi actions. Moscow has developed a bill that regulates the entry of "books of info-agents" into the library collection, that is, any books that encourage thinking 

The Center for National Resistance called on Ukrainians from the occupied territories to preserve Ukrainian literature and distribute it among their friends.
