The government has approved the candidates for state representatives to the supervisory boards of two strategically important enterprises: NPC Ukrenergo and LLC Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine. This was reported by First Vice Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, according to UNN.
On May 13, upon the submission of the Nomination Committee, the Government approved the candidates for state representatives to the supervisory boards of two strategically important enterprises: Yuriy Boyko, Mykola Brusenko, and Yehor Perelyhin for NPC Ukrenergo, and Anton Bendyk for LLC Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine
Additionally, due to the expiration of the terms of office for the majority of the supervisory board members of PJSC Ukrhydroenergo, the government is launching a new competition for the respective positions. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Ministry of Economy and the state company have been instructed to conduct the selection process as quickly as possible.
The process of updating the composition of supervisory boards has been ongoing since November 2023. The Cabinet of Ministers is preparing further decisions regarding competitive selections for other energy companies
