Ukraine's Foreign Minister believes that in order to truly save the OSCE, it is necessary to re-establish the OSCE without Russia, or find a way to expel Russia from the OSCE.

In order to really save the OSCE from complete collapse and disintegration, it is necessary to re-establish it without Russia, or find a way to exclude Russia from the organization. This opinion was expressed by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba to journalists at NATO headquarters, according to a correspondent of UNN.

As for the decision to invite Lavrov, there is a group of countries, OSCE member states, who believe that this step was worth taking in order to save the OSCE from complete collapse and disintegration. Due to the fact that it is necessary to make decisions on the budget, on the chairmanship and on the reappointment of the heads of the Secretary General's organizations and heads of institutions

- Kuleba said.

He believes that in order to really save the OSCE, it is necessary to re-found the OSCE without Russia, or find a way to exclude Russia from the OSCE.

"I believe, and my position is well known, that if we really want to save the OSCE, we must either re-found the OSCE without Russia or find a way to exclude Russia from the OSCE," Kuleba said.

He also said a few words in defense of Macedonia, which holds the OSCE chairmanship this year.

"As for the Macedonian chairmanship, I want to say a few words in defense. Throughout the year, North Macedonia has been supporting Ukraine in a principled and consistent manner," Kuleba added.
