In order to really save the OSCE from complete collapse and disintegration, it is necessary to re-establish it without Russia, or find a way to exclude Russia from the organization. This opinion was expressed by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba to journalists at NATO headquarters, according to a correspondent of UNN.
As for the decision to invite Lavrov, there is a group of countries, OSCE member states, who believe that this step was worth taking in order to save the OSCE from complete collapse and disintegration. Due to the fact that it is necessary to make decisions on the budget, on the chairmanship and on the reappointment of the heads of the Secretary General's organizations and heads of institutions
He believes that in order to really save the OSCE, it is necessary to re-found the OSCE without Russia, or find a way to exclude Russia from the OSCE.
"I believe, and my position is well known, that if we really want to save the OSCE, we must either re-found the OSCE without Russia or find a way to exclude Russia from the OSCE," Kuleba said.
He also said a few words in defense of Macedonia, which holds the OSCE chairmanship this year.
"As for the Macedonian chairmanship, I want to say a few words in defense. Throughout the year, North Macedonia has been supporting Ukraine in a principled and consistent manner," Kuleba added.

First, Ukraine saidthat Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba would boycott the OSCE ministerial meeting because of the decision to allow Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to attend.
Later it became known that the foreign ministers of the Baltic states will also not participate in the meeting of the OSCE Foreign Ministers Council, which will be attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
