Colonel Kovalenko also noted, referring to the words of the Deputy Secretary of Defense, that since September, Ukraine's allies have actually started working in the "Ramstein 2.0" format. As of November 2023, this format unites 54 countries. This means that Ukraine will work with its allies in five long-term coalitions of capabilities to support our country's defense capabilities. In particular, we are talking about work in the areas of aviation, air defense, tank, artillery, and maritime security coalitions.
Head of the Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Defense Illarion Pavlu emphasized that the partners are well aware of Ukraine's needs: they are clearly classified, divided into urgent, immediate projects and long-term needs.
