Under the procedural supervision of the Dergachiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On July 7, around 5 p.m., an enemy anti-tank mine hit a car carrying six people returning from their summer cottage to Kharkiv on a dirt road in the woods near the village of Tsyrkuny, Kharkiv district.
The bodies of three victims have been preliminarily identified: a man, a woman aged about 40-50 years and a boy aged 5-6 years.
The body fragments of a baby were also found. The investigation was suspended at night.
