At least two explosions occurred in Kharkiv, the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, said on Wednesday, UNN reports.

"The sounds of powerful explosions were heard in Kharkiv. Be careful," Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov also posted on Telegram.
Kharkiv and a number of other regions are on air alert.
At 12 p.m., the Ukrainian Air Force reported a ballistic missile threat from the east, and later a missile threat in the areas where air alert was declared, as well as a ballistic missile threat in the south.
