"Russian attacks on energy production facilities in Dnipropetrovs'k, Poltava and Cherkasy regions confirm that Moscow does not deviate from its strategy of terror," the French foreign ministry added.
"We welcome Ukraine's resilience," the ministry added, reiterating that France and its partners will continue to support Ukraine.
