Poll: Most Ukrainians see a common future with residents of the territories occupied in 2022

The majority of Ukrainians see a common future with residents of the Russian-occupied territories in 2022 and 2014, and most are ready to discuss the format of this future, according to a poll.

The format of a common future should be discussed between representatives of different regions of Ukraine, while Ukraine has a common future with the residents of the territories occupied in 2022 and with the residents of Crimea and Donbas, which were occupied in 2014. This is evidenced by the data of the sociological survey of the Rating group, UNN reports .

According to the results of a sociological survey, most Ukrainians see a common future with residents of the territories occupied by Russia in 2014 and 2022.

More than 90% of respondents believe that Ukraine has a common future with the residents of the territories occupied in 2022. 83% of respondents see a common future with the residents of Crimea and Donbas, which were occupied in 2014.

It is important to note that the majority of respondents are ready to discuss the format of a common future between representatives of different regions of Ukraine. However, one-fourth is ready to agree to preserve the status of Crimea's autonomy; about 20% are ready to support the introduction of a transitional administration under the auspices of the UN in the liberated territories of Donbas and Crimea;

According to 48% of respondents, the discussion should begin after the war is over, but 32% believe that the process should begin now; 19% said that the discussion should begin after the situation at the front stabilizes.

The following figures are given as to who initiated the discussion:

51% see Ukrainian citizens as the initiators of the process, 39% - local authorities, 33% - national authorities, 30% - public organizations.
