The police have already identified all participants in the incident and opened criminal proceedings under the article on hooliganism, UNN reports with reference to the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Law enforcement officers reported that the incident occurred on May 21. Information about the conflict was registered by employees of Police Department No. 2 of the Kharkiv District Police Department No. 1.

Following the fight, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism.
