Details
As Lubinets noted, in April 2024, after stopping a vehicle, police officers struck a child born in 2008 on the head and continued to beat them even after they fell.
Afterwards, the child was placed on the hood of the car, which caused additional injuries. The victim was hospitalized and provided with the necessary medical care. Such actions cannot remain without a proper response from the state. Violence against children by law enforcement officers is a red line that no one has the right to cross,
He added that criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the possible abuse of power by the police officers.
