Foreign branches of the State Enterprise "Document" have resumed accepting applications for passport documents for men. UNN reports this with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As of today, foreign branches of the State Enterprise "Document" have resumed accepting applications for passport documents for men. To receive the services, you must verify through the official application of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine "Reserve+" using a QR code. Confirmation of valid military registration documents is required
It is reported that applications for passport documents can be submitted in Munich, Berlin, Cologne (Germany), Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk (Poland), Madrid, Valencia (Spain), Prague (Czech Republic), Bratislava (Slovakia) and Milan (Italy).

The list of services for citizens in foreign offices:
- issuance of an ID card or foreign passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one);
- exchange of an ID card or foreign passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use);
- exchange of a passport of the 1994 model for an ID-card (if desired or in case of unsuitability);
